Nasdaq to require diversity in corporate boards. In December 2020, Nasdaq, one of the largest stock exchanges in the world, filed a proposal with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, so that companies listed on the exchange would need to have at least two diverse board members. The proposal is being considered.
